Ela Robinson has returned to Romania to run the international branch of the Ioanid schools. From Newcastle, in the north of England, she moved to Romania in 2003 to take over the running of the International Nursery School (INS) in the French Village, which she helped grow into a full-range primary school. In 2011 Robinson left for the Middle East.

She has over 30 years of experience and expertise in education with a focus on the education of under-fives. After undertaking an MA in Education Management she gained her first headship in 1994. This will be the fifth school that she has managed to date.
