Constantin (Tinu) Sebeșanu has been appointed Executive Director (COO – Chief Operating Officer) of Impact Developer & Contractor. In the new role, he is taking over the executive management of the company, coordinating the development, sales and marketing departments.

Constantin Sebeșanu joined Impact at the beginning of February this year, in the position of Development Director, being responsible for coordinating the company’s projects. Being specialized in Strategic and Financial Management and having over 25 years of experience in project development and asset management, he participated in the initiation and operation of dozens of projects, supporting the decision-making process for sustainable development, and investment success.

This year, Impact began the construction on the New Greenfield (the fourth development phase of Greenfield Băneasa), where it will implement an environmentally responsible building concept, at high energy efficiency standards. Also, the company is working on the last phase of the upper-class compound Luxuria Residence and on the Boreal Plus compound in Constanța. In addition to the projects already under construction, Impact plans to start Greenfield Copou, one of the largest green residential building projects in Iasi, which will replicate the Greenfield Băneasa model. All the residential projects that the company has under development have been designed for the BREEAM Excellent international sustainability certification.
