Hagag Development Europe Appoints Ana-Maria Nemțanu as Leasing Director

Real estate investor-developer Hagag Development Europe appoints Ana-Maria Nemțanu – skilled professional with over 17 years’ worth of experience in the local real estate industry, as Leasing Director.

In her role as Leasing Director, Ana-Maria will coordinate the leasing activities for the company’s commercial portfolio that currently encompasses a total leasable area of about 18,000 sq.m. of office and retail space, focusing on increasing occupancy across existing projects, attracting new tenants and managing client relations.

Active on the real estate market since 2007, Ana-Maria Nemțanu has coordinated, throughout her career, the sales and leasing activities for multiple residential and mixed-use projects in Bucharest and other main cities in Romania, being involved in the overall development process, from land acquisition to concept, planning and design, marketing and sales, and up to the handover of the residential units and/or commercial spaces.
