Cushman & Wakefield Echinox strengthens its office agency by recruiting Anamaria Crețu, a specialist with 18 years of multinational corporate experience.

With a vast background in the real estate market, Anamaria had been part of Skanskas team during the past 8 years, one of the world’s leading project development and construction groups, where she initially worked in the asset management division and she later took on the role of leasing & asset manager for the Equilibrium 1&2 buildings.

dălina Cojocaru, Partner Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield Echinox: We are delighted to be able to expand the Office team with a person who has vast experience and deep understanding of the business on this specific real estate segment. In a market where the needs of developers and tenants are in a complex dynamic, we are focusing on finding the best solutions to provide comprehensive and tailor-made services for each client. This approach will allow us to strengthen the position we have gained in the local real estate consultancy market.

In her role at Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, Ana completes the range of consultancy services offered to both landlords and tenants, while also pursuing the development of the company‘s customer portfolio on this segment.

The Romanian office market continues to offer development opportunities, as its 2023 performance certifies this aspect, given that a record transactional volume exceeding 400,000 sq. m is expected in Bucharest. However, there are still a series of challenges that developers and tenants have to face, many of them stemming from the hybrid work model. In this context, the role of real estate consultants has become more important than ever.
