CTP Romania expands local team with new Head of Marketing appointment

CTP, the largest developer and manager of industrial and logistics spaces in Romania, announces the expansion of its business and consolidation of the management team responsible for local operations. Sorina Florescu was appointed Head of Marketing for Romania and is responsible in this role for managing and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive further growth. 

“I am proud of the exceptional results achieved by the Romanian team in 2021. We expanded our project portfolio in new cities, closed major deals with top tenants and grew our team by 25%”, said Ana Dumitrache, Country Head, CTP Romania. “We welcome Sorina in our team of Parkmakers and look forward to working with her and driving excellence across our projects,” she added.

With a background in journalism and PR, Sorina brings over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining CTP, she held a variety of marketing roles with CBRE Romania and Colliers International, as well as collaborations with CA Immo.
