One year after purchasing the Oltchim assets, Chimcomplex announced the finalization of the integration process and appointed a new executive team, thus strengthening the management structure of the company. The new executive team will be separate from the administrative one, in a management system designed to facilitate the company’s development strategy.
The CEO role at Chimcomplex was taken over at the beginning of February by Tivadar Runtag, who held several management positions in Hungary, Romania, Turkey, and the Czech Republic during his career, for different companies such as Shell, Medicor SA, OMV and Pista-Oil. He is a graduate of the Budapest University of Economics.

Tivadar Runtag will lead a newly formed team and will coordinate all financial, commercial, production and distribution operations.
The other members of the new executive team at Chimcomplex, are Adrian Dumitriu – Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Serghei Gheorghe – Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO), Armand Spiru – Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Dumitru Coman – Chief Technical Officer (CTO), Victor Avram – Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Chimcomplex Valcea, and Daniel Prisacariu – Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Chimcomplex Borzesti.
