Casa Rusu appoints Zoltan Pilecki as New CEO

Zoltán Pilecki (48 years old) is a retail professional with over 20 years of industry experience, holding leadership positions in companies such as Alveus and Studio Moderna. Throughout his career, Zoltán Pilecki coordinated the implementation and integration of innovative strategic directions within the companies he led, demonstrating deep knowledge of the Romanian retail market and a clear vision on sales processes, mechanisms and tactics, bringing innovation to the industry.

Through multiple large-scale projects, he has successfully served millions of retail clients ensuring excellent customer service, while coordinating local and international teams.

As CEO of Casa Rusu, Zoltán Pilecki will continue the strategic development, by pursuing process improvements, geographical expansion and the development of new products, while focusing on the high quality standards shared with Casa Rusu’s clients today. Zoltán Pilecki aims to capitalise on Casa Rusu’s market leadership to further consolidate its position within the local market and to expand regionally, within Europe, through retail store network expansion and via the online store.
