Avison Young recruits Laurențiu Duică as Senior Vice-President of the company

Canadian real estate broker Avison Young, present on the Romanian market since 2017, announces recruiting Laurenţiu Duică, current Partner & Head of Industrial Agency within Colliers International Romania, who will join the team in March, to contribute to consolidating the company in the industrial and logistics sector from the position of Senior Vice President.

Laurenţiu Duică joins the Avison Young team after 17 years of experience on the Romanian real estate market, being specialized in the administration of complex logistics, production and development projects, in which he assisted transactions of over 250 thousand square meters.

Starting in March this year, Laurențiu Duică will join the Avison Young Romania team as Senior Vice-President. Laurențiu Duică’s move from Colliers to Avison Young comes to strengthen the team and the company’s capabilities to achieve its goal of leading the Romanian market next year.

Laurenţiu Duică has 17 years of experience in the industrial real estate market, having worked both in operations and in sales. In the last four and a half years, Laurenţiu Duică has held the position of Partner & Head of Industrial Agency within Colliers International Romania, being responsible for the development and growth strategy of the industrial department. Previously, Laurenţiu held the position of head of leasing and development within the P3 investment fund, and also worked for seven years at FM Logistic, one of the main logistics providers in Europe and Romania, advancing to the position of commercial manager.
