Alexandru Mihai joins MLP Group as Head of Leasing Department

MLP Group has strengthened its division responsible for the lease of commercial space. From the beginning of April, Alexandru Mihai is a member of the Management Team heading up the Leasing Department. In the MLP Group, he will be responsible for the commercialization of logistics parks in Romania.

Alexandru Mihai has more than 15 years of experience in leasing commercial space. Before joining the MLP Group, he served as Head of the Industrial Department at Activ Property Services. He also worked for Easy Asset Management and Cushman & Wakefield. His wide range of responsibilities included running negotiations, leasing commercial space, carrying out surveys, preparing market analyses and cultivating client relations. He studied at Hyperion University and is fluent in English.

MLP Group has already commenced the construction of its first logistics park in Romania. MLP Bucharest West Park is located in the country’s most important warehousing region in the immediate vicinity of Romania’s capital city. Ultimately, over 95,000 sqm of space will be available to tenants in MLP Bucharest West.
