Zamfirescu Racoti Predoiu turnover increases 35 percent y/y to EUR 4.5 mln in 2011

Turnover of law firm Zamfirescu Racoti Predoiu (ZRP) increased by 35 percent y/y to EUR 4.5 million in 2011, in line with the growth pattern registered in recent years.

Around 60 percent of revenue came from litigation, mainly debt recovery and insolvency, but consultancy also fared well. The practices that posted growth last year were energy, capital markets, labor law, public acquisitions and bank law.

ZRP offers integrated fiscal and legal consultancy packages that also contributed to business growth last year.

“If we look at the firm’s average number of lawyers, the turnover is a clear indicator for the growth of individual performances, a consequence of team consolidation, improvement in professional discipline and motivation of the human capital, factors considered crucial for meeting the objectives,” said Stan Tirnoveanu, managing partner ZRP.

ZRP has 38 lawyers out of which 5 are partners. The firm offers legal assistance in business law, as well as litigation, arbitrage and fiscal consultancy. The law firm covers the main practices such as mergers & acquisitions, labor law, energy and natural resources, capital markets and fiscal law.
