Zamfirescu Racoti Predoiu establishes insolvency company ZRP Insolvency

Law firm Zamfirescu Racoti Predoiu is expanding its insolvency practice by establishing ZRP Insolvancy, a company that will manage insolvency cases with a focus on reorganization and liquidation procedures. The establishment of the new company is part of the law firm’s development strategy, and adds to the previously established ZRP Tax.

The new entity will work in a first stage with a staff of five insolvency specialists coordinated by Stan Tirnoveanu, the managing partner of the law firm and Calin-Andrei Zamfirescu, senior partner within the Litigations and Arbitrage of ZRP.
