Wizz Air launches new route from Craiova airport

Low-cost airline Wizz Air has announced that it will launch a new route from Craiova to Brussels Charleroi starting at the end of this year.

The route will be operated twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, starting on December 15. Customers who want to travel can book a trip starting today, with prices starting at RON 69 for a one-way ticket.

“Wizz is the European airline that is always trying to create more and more travel connections for its customers throughout Europe and beyond. As the largest airline in Romania, we are thrilled to continue to expand our network in the country. We believe that our new Craiova-Brussels service will offer a cheap and convenient option both for business trips as well as for leisure travel,” said Sorin Ratz, interim Head of Corporate Communications at Wizz Air.

Today, Wizz Air will also introduce ten other routes all over its network: Budapest-Doncaster Sheffield; Tirana-Dortmund; Vilnius-Lviv; Pristina-Mulhouse; Pristina-Dortmund; Pristina-Memmingen; Warsaw-Vienna; Gdansk-Kharkiv; Wroclaw-Kharkiv; Lviv-Bratislava.
