White& Case relocates Bucharest office in Europe House

The Bucharest office of the White&Case law firm is relocating starting April 2011 in Europe House, announced CB Richard Ellis Romania, the real estate advisory firm mediating the move. Located on the sixth floor of the office building, it takes up a 1,500 sqm space. The law firm is moving out of the previous office it occupied in a 19th century patrimony building after three years spent there.

Europe House is located in Victoriei Square in Bucharest and hosts companies such as Orange, Alico, BCR Banc apt Locuinte, BSS,  CA Immo and CBRE. The building was developed by GTC and sold in 2003 to Europolis. Starting January 1st of 2011, Europolis became part of CA Immo Group.
