White & Case expands local office with new partner

Global law firm White & Case LLP has announced the appointment of Paraschiva Suica-Neagu, as a partner to lead its Bucharest disputes practice.

With over 15 years of experience as a litigation lawyer, she is specialized in civil and commercial litigation, including administrative and tax, intellectual property, banking, labor and real estate.

Her litigation and arbitration expertise is complemented by exposure to projects and transactions in other practice areas such as oil & gas, privatizations, banking & finance, real estate, and labor & employment.

Neagu received her LLB from the Bucharest Law School and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Bucharest Academy of Economics, with a diploma in Planning & Cybernetics. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 1995.
