West Gate business park in western Bucharest, owned by Genesis Property, opens officially a 4-star hotel after an EUR 500,000 investment. The 32-rooms Studio One Accommodation Suites occupies the first and second floors of A2 building of the West Gate Campus.

“Studio One – Accommodation Suites is a project developed starting from a real need identified among companies in West Gate. It is easier and more productive to accommodate just three minutes away from your office your partners and colleagues who come in business trips or in training, than to have them move around the city. At the same time, it is a first on the Romanian office market,” Liviu Tudor, president and founder of Genesis Property said.

The project was implemented after an 8-month period of testing. “The current modern accommodation facilities in West Gate allowed us to set up this pilot unit in a relatively short time, with a standard of facilities at least similar to those of a 4-star hotel, Stefan Tudos, Genesis Property VP said. The occupancy rate of the new facility exceeds 80 percent, that is why the capacity of Studio One Accommodation Suites will be doubled in the near future.”
