Werk Property Group, a real estate developer from Timisoara, will invest EUR 30 million in Vox Technology Park development, an office project A class, with a surface for rent of 26,000 sqm, which will be delivered at the end of next year.

Vox Technology Park will be formed of two building, with ten, respectively seven floors, following a BREEAM certificate.

The Vox Technology Park is developed on the back of the dynamic real estate market in Timisoara, as several businesses want to relocate and expand their activity in a modern hub. Vox Technology Park will offer the companies the possibility of expansion in the future.

“We create for our partners from technology industry and business environment a pleasant atmosphere in a modern work environment, today for tomorrow, “ said Virgil Tornoreanu, managing partner of Werk Property Group, project developer.

Additionally to the surfaces available on the floor, Vox Technology Park will have several facilities for IT&C companies and other domains.

The project is located in an area with access to any point of the city, in the immediate proximity of interest points, such as schools, hotels, restaurants or hypermarkets.

Currently, the project construction is in development on the ground floor. The foundation and the underground floor have already been finished.

Werk Group has already developed in the past few years over 700 apartments and other industrial, hotel and office spaces.
