Waters Romania will occupy 3,500 sq m in N1 building, belonging to the second phase of development of Coresi Business Park. The building, with a total area of 8,500 sq m, will be delivered in the second quarter of next year.

The second phase of development of Coresi Business Park comprises three low-height, A-class office buildings (GF + 3F / 4F) totalling 25,000 built sq m. There are on-going construction works on the second new building, N1, counting 8,500 sq m, to be delivered in the second quarter of 2017. L1 building, with a built surface of 8,300 sq m, is fully leased and has been delivered in September 2016. L1 and N1 buildings are in the process of obtaining BREEAM certification – “Very Good.”

“Waters, a tenant with whom we started off in 2011, is already undergoing its second expansion within Coresi Business Park. Such companies, that grow organically and bring added value to the city and community, reflect the true spirit of our business park. We are proud that Waters, along with other prestigious international companies, chose to operate and grow within Coresi Business Park, allowing us to maintain an occupancy rate of 100% for the delivered office spaces and 100% retention rate of our tenants.” commented Silviu Savin, Partner, Ascenta Management, developer of Coresi Business Park.

Waters Romania is a company specialized in developing integrated information systems with broad applicability in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, environmental protection, biotechnology etc., present in Brasov for over 17 years.

The company operates in Coresi Business Park since 2011. Through the recently signed agreement with Ascenta Management, Waters Romania expands its office and laboratory space up to 3,500 sq m in the N1 building, currently under construction. The new space will be delivered in June 2017, for a period of 7 years.

“Brasov is one of the cities with the most dynamic economic development in the last 5 years, both in the industrial and in the service sector. We invested in a long-term development in Brasov, because it grants us access to a broad pool of qualified personnel powered by the universities in the city and in the area and because Coresi Business Park has proven to be a partner that grows at the same pace with us and that always manages to offer us a flexible and competitive office solution,” said Gheorghe Neagu, General Manager, Waters Romania.

Coresi Business Park now totals over 30,000 sq m of A class office and aims to reach 100,000 sq m in the coming years. Both the refurbished buildings of Phase I and the office spaces recently delivered in the second phase of development offer all A-class facilities and record 100% occupancy and 100 percent retention of tenants, most of them already passing through at least one process of expansion.

Software and engineering company Waters Romania operates in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry.
