Vodafone launches first tablet under its own brand

Vodafone, the second largest telecom operator in Romania in terms of revenues and customers, has launched the first tablet under its own brand, called Vodafone Smart Tab.

The tablet sells at prices between EUR 99 and 299 (VAT included). The tablet runs on Android 3.2 and has an internal memory of 16 GB, which can be extended to 32 GB via a memory card.

It includes a photo camera of 5 MP and a screen of 7 inches.
