Veranda Mall has signed three new tenants: the sweets chain Nedelya and starting from the end of March, the jewelry shop Sevda and footwear shop VEER.
“We want to bring the inhabitants from Obor diversity in terms of products, services and entertainment. To reach our objective, this month we opened the sweets shop Nedelya and soon we’ll open the jewelry shop Sevda and footwear shop VEER. We’ll continue to expand our tenants and events portfolio, “ said Maria Craciun, center manager at Veranda Mall.
The Nedelya sweets chain has a tradition of over 20 years and was founded in Bulgaria by Radoslava and Gheorghi Mincevi. The chain offers customized cakes in over 30 locations in Eastern Europe. The store from Veranda Mall is the fifth one from Bucharest and has a surface of 40 sqm.
Veranda Mall was developed by Professional Imo Partners (the former Prodplast Imobiliare S.A.) in the Obor area of Bucharest and was opened on October 27, 2016. The project has a surface of 30,000 sqm, including commercial areas, restaurants, coffee shops and a green area of 15,000 sqm.
