Unirea Shopping Center makes EUR 1.2 million profit in Q3

The Unirea Shopping Center company runs two shopping malls, one in Bucharest and the other in Brasov. The Bucharest center had 40,000 visitors each day during the period. Unirea Shopping Center, which is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange’s RASDAQ market, is 74 percent owned by Nova Trade, a company controlled by the Adamescu family. SIF Muntenia controls a 10 percent share package. The company’s capitalization on the stock exchange is around EUR 50 million.
