UniCredit Tiriac Bank has opened five new branches, two of which are located in Bucharest, two in Constanta and one in Bacau. With the new additions the bank’s network expands to 240 branches. ”We are happy to announce the opening of the new branches, part of UniCredit’s development plan for Romania,” explained Emanuele Butta, vice-president for retail for UniCredit Tiriac Bank. The Bucharest branches are located at Gara de Nord and Obor, bringing the total number of Bucharest outlets to 54 units. The Constanta branches are located inside the Constanta port, and the other on Mircea cel Batran street. With the new additions the Constanta network comprises eleven branches. The Bacau branch is located on Energiei street and is the sixth one the bank opens in the city.
