UniCredit Business Partner, the back office activities company of UniCredit, has leased a four storey building in Novo Park. The entire space taken up by the company reaches 10,000 sqm. The Novo Park office project, which is developed by Genesis Development, hosts other multinationals such as Kraft, Procter & Gamble, Hewlett-Packard, Raiffeisen, Infineon, Garanti Group, Yokagawa, ITC Networks/Luxoft, Eurest, Ringier and Veolia Water. Novo Park is made up of seven office buildings, offering a total surface of over 70,000 sqm. It is located in the Pipera area of Bucharest. Besides Novo Park, Genesis Development owns the West Gate office park in Militari area of the capital, which offers 60,000 sqm of rentable space, and West Gate Studios, the first private housing space targeting students and young professionals.
