UniCredit Bank issued the first Bank Payment Obligation – BPO on the Romanian market for the clearing operations between Adiss SE, one of the main local companies from the cities and industrial used waters clearing field, and its supplier, the German company Huber SE, one of the industrial installations producers for water clearing, used waters and mud.

This is the most recent from a series of BPO transaction from the last years. In October 2014, UniCredit was the first bank that closed the first BPO transaction ever from Germany, between a German company and a Japanese one. The transaction allowed the RVT Rühr-und Verfahrenstechnik to enlarge the sales volume by claims sales ensured by UniCredit and the supply of more attractive payment conditions for Mitsui & Co Plant Systems.
