The Advertising Agencies Union in Romania (UAPR) selected its board of directors for the next two years. Stefan Iordache, CEO of Lion Communication, remains UAPR’s president, while the organization’s vice-president will be Radu Florescu (CEO Centrade | Cheil).
The other board members will be: Dana Bulat, general manager of United Media, Radu Miu, CEO of Mercury 360, Dana Nae Popa, managing director of pastel, Alexandra Olteanu, managing director of Initiative and Mirel Plesca, CFO of Ogilvy & GroupM.
„The projects run by UAPR will continue to be focused on the already started directions: the studies and the researches regarding the evolution of the communication industry in Romania, the education in the field and the regulation, auto-regulation and promoting of the industry’s interests in the relationship with the other associations and the authorities. In order to be able to accelerate the development of our industry we aim to involve more agencies (no matter if they are or not UAPR members) in our projects,” said Iordache.
