Tri Investments fund seals EUR 11.5 million Eminescu View deal

Investment fund Tri Investments has finalized the purchase of the 69 apartments in Eminescu View, a residential project in Bucharest, in a deal worth EUR 11.5 million, according to DLA Piper, the law firm which advised the buyer. The seller of the project was Remax Imobiliare. This is the second deal closed by Tri Investments on the residential segment, after purchasing Perla Residence from Crown Constructions in September last year.
