Tradeville to float 10 American companies on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Apple, Google, Microsoft, Intel, Coca-Cola possibly on the list

Brokerage Tradeville announced that it intends to list on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) shares from 10 American companies, according to Ziarul Financiar.

 In connection to Facebook, Tradeville announced it will list the Facebook shares on the Alternative Trading System of the BSE only after the social network is listed on the American stock exchange

 “We wish to bring on the BSE the shares of 10 American companies when the modifications of the BSE Code, system operator, will allow it. The selection of shares is also based on a questionnaire made among our clients,” said Victor StanilÄ�, PR manager at brokerage Tradeville, quoted by the business daily.

 The Facebook listing which could take place in May is the most anticipated this year in the United States.

 Recently, the Central Depository announced that shares from American companies such as JPMorgan Chase & Co, Visa, Apple, Microsoft, Google, Coca-Cola, Intel, McDonald’s and Merck & Company Inc. were registered in the compensation-discount system at the request of a brokerage.
