The commercial trade between Romania and Poland totaled EUR 2.73 billion in 2010, and is set to reach EUR 3 billion this year, according to Agerpres newswire, that quotes Marek Szczygiel, the Polish Ambassador in Romania. The statement was made today, during an event organized at the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Marek Szczygiel stated that Polish investors have expressed their intention to enter the Romanian market. The ambassador added that Poland has set a good example after its economic performance in 2010 and 2011. The state has recorded high rankings for investment allocations.
Poland ranked 6 this year in the world investment report issued by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development.
