Orange, Vodafone and Romtelecom & Cosmote are competing over a contract evaluated at EUR 2.8 million (VAT included), that is to be attributed by the National Authority for Administration and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM).
The object of the contract is supplying landline and mobile telephony services, internet access and data transmission services to the telecom regulator.
The contract will be signed for a 48 months period. Currently, ANCOM is using telecommunications services from Romtelecom and Cosmote.
