We are days away from the biggest investors event this fall in Romania. The Foreign Investors Summit gathered together tens of speakers from six industries that will shed the light on the legal and fiscal intricacies of business in Romania.

REGISTER now for the event.

Here are the people that you simply can’t afford to miss the chance to get their insight:

Daniel Constantin – Minister of Agriculture

Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Daniel Constantin said in July this year that his interest is not only in increasing exports, but in integrating agricultural production.

“My concern is not only to export the grain, the maize, they are the champions of exports, but to integrate production. That is why the next 9.3 billion euro coming from European and state budget funds on Rural Development will go towards integration of production”

Alexandru Nastase – Secretary of State of Infrastructure, Projects and Foreign Investments

Alexandru Nastase, state secretary at the Department for Infrastructure Projects, Foreign Investments, Public Private Partnership (PPP) and Export Promotion (DPIIS), says foreign direct investments (FDI) to Romania are expected to reach at least last year’s level of EUR 2.7 billion in 2014. Nastase says the department will act as a one-stop shop for investors looking to find out more about local business opportunities.

Razvan Cotovelea, delegate minister for the Information Society

“We are ready to support private enterprise here and in the country”, Cotovelea said last July, adding that the current EU budget estimates that the IT Romanian industry could attract EUR 1 billion through European Funds.
