Romanian consultancy, training and coaching company theCONSULTANTS, announced an increase of 114 percent in turnover for training and coaching in 2015 over the previous year. The group reached a total turnover of RON 2.51 million (EUR 0.56 million).
While the consolidated business maintained its trend over the last 3 years, in 2015 the training and coaching activity has grown from a turnover of RON 445,000 in 2014 to RON 952,000, amid efforts to intensify work in this segment. Therefore, this segment, which represented 29 percent of the group’s turnover in 2014, grew to a share of 38 percent in 2015.
“In 2016 we aim to increase the efficiency of solutions already offered, enriching the palette with some new concepts, covering real needs that we have identified in the consultancy and solutions for performance market,” said Adrian Barbu, founder of theCONSULTANTS, managing partner.
The company aims to reach the top 5 providers of training and coaching services within the next 2 to 3 years.
With 14 years’ experience in the market of improvement of human resources and a team of 24 people, theCONSULTANTS trained and supported professionally over 2,800 people in 2015, top and middle management, key employees, and entrepreneurs in areas such as FMCG, pharma, fashion, IT & C, cosmetics, automotive, finance, facilities and construction materials.
