The number of available jobs increases by 25 percent, reports recruitment website

The year seems to have started well on the job market, as the first two weeks of 2011 have registered a 25 percent increase in the number of jobs available on the recruitment website bestjobs.ro, compared to the same period last year.

Currently the site registers 11,600 available positions, in all fields of activity. The areas with the most numerous vacant jobs on the website are: sales/commerce (4,172 available jobs), software/technologies (1,629), marketing (919) and engineering (817).

The year also shows good signs in the banking or client service areas and will presumably bring an increase in personnel demand to all the companies that were forced to make layoffs on account of the crisis. Entry-level positions (students for call centers or bank cashiers), as well as senior-level jobs (managements positions) are currently on the market, reports the same source.
