The Bucharest office of Wolf Theiss has a new associate

Mihai Ivanescu has joined the Bucharest office of Wolf Theiss as an associate in the banking&finance PG. He has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2005 and of the Law Society of England and Wales since 2009.

Ivanescu has over five years working experience within international law firms based in Bucharest and has been involved in cross border financing transactions acting both on a lender’s and a borrower’s side. His practice focuses on banking (both transactional and regulatory), capital markets and corporate matters.
