TechTeam Global relocates to new operational center

TechTeam Global, the provider of information technology outsourcing and business process outsourcing services, has relocated its Bucharest operations to a larger facility to accommodate the growth of its European business.

The 3,750 sqm facility increases available space for employees already serving TechTeam customers around the world, and also allows for additional expansion as the company continues to increase its global business. TechTeam’s Bucharest technicians currently provide service desk and remote infrastructure monitoring and management support in 11 languages for 24 of TechTeam’s multinational clients.

“Bucharest’s large population of technically skilled and multilingual residents makes it an extremely attractive location for nearshore outsourcing services,” said Gary J. Cotshott, president and chief executive officer of TechTeam Global.

The Bucharest move marks TechTeam’s second expansion in Romania in the past 12 months. Recently, the company doubled its capacity in Sibiu, Romania, to provide expanded IT support in German, French and English to a variety of multinational clients.
