Euroweb Romania has made new changes in its managerial structure, as Stuart Evers has been appointed the new CEO of the company.

He replaces Laurentiu Stan, who held the reigns of the company for the past 9 years.

The decision to change the management of the company was made by the Turk Telekom group, which Euroweb Romania has become part of in 2010, when the Turkish operator acquired the Invitel International division.

Evers has a 15 year long background in telecommunications, working in various multinational companies on different markets. “This is a challenge that I am glad to face as I had the opportunity during my career to become familiar with a large part of the South-Eastern European telecom market, this is why I am convinced that, together with the great team at Euroweb, I will bring a new vision and will focus on innovation for a success recipe. The Romanian market is definitely a tough and very competitive one, but represents an environment that Euroweb can create with success,” he said.
