Our products have a good quality and we have to make them known. Moreover, I want to advice as many people as possible to identify other products to get involved for and apply for a protection at European level, “ said Irimescu.
“Our country has a wide food tradition and the Sibiu salami is one of ‘our prides’, that we have to make known at European and global level. We are honored that we can pass over the tradition of Sibiu salami production of over 100 years, as we received it, from generation to generation, “ says Carmen Gavrilescu, the president of Sibiu salami Producers Association and marketing manager at Agricola Bacau.
