Shopping City Ramnicu Valcea opens its doors with an investment of EUR 40 mln

NEPI Rockcastle, leader on the retail real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe, is announcing the grand opening of the first full concept commercial centre in Ramnicu Valcea.

Shopping City Ramnicu Valcea will host 70 commercial spaces for all ages and interests, on a surface of 27.900 sqm. The project had an investment of EUR 40 million and it will generate over 700 jobs for Valcea County.

Visitors will enjoy a variety of special offers and performances during the opening of the commercial centre, including discounts of up to 75% on a number of popular brands. Special events will continue until December 9^th, when a concert will take place.

Shopping City will provide a wide range of shopping options – local and international brands offering fashion, accessories, beauty, sportswear, technology, home & deco, toys and children’s products.

Customers will also be able to enjoy a large food court as well as multiple entertainment spaces: a casino, a playground and an outdoor terrace with a unique view over the Olt river.
