Shopping City Piatra Neamt to open this year, says NEPI

Few months after announcing the start of construction works for Shopping City Piatra Neamt, the real estate developer NEPI said the first brands have expressed their interest to open their stores there.

“We want to help Piatra Neamt become the number one destination in tourism from Moldova area. We believe that the resources and attractions already exist, what we still need is to show their value from commercial point of view and this is our role in this new center,“ says Sebastian Mahu, asset manager within NEPI.

Shopping City Piatra Neamt will be opened at the end of 2016 and will have a leasable area of 28,000 sqm, according to the developer.

„There is an increase interest for Shopping City Piatra Neamt spaces occupancy. We are proud to announce that only after a few months of the construction works start announcement, several local and international brands are already preparing their spaces to meet the people from the region,“ says Mahu.

New Yorker, Benvenuti, Orsay, C&A, CCC, Pepco, Deichmann, Kendra, Intersport, Altex, Sensiblu, Helpnet, dm drogerie markt, Animax and Zvon Café are some of the brands that will be present in Piatra Neamt.
