Salans, legal consultant in the intermediary selection for Romgaz public offer

Salans will provide legal consultancy in the process of acquisition of intermediary services regarding the initial public offering of Natural Gas Company “Romgaz”, following the firm’s selection through tender by the Office of State Ownership and Privatization in Industry (OPSPI).

The process will cover the preparing stage of the required documentation for the intermediary selection, as well as the monitoring of the public offering procedure and securities admission to trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

“The entry of a new and important issuer such as Romgaz on the capital market will have a strong positive effect.
