RON gains ground on Tuesday against the main foreign currencies

The Romanian currency RON has gained in value on Tuesday against the main foreign currencies, with the RON/EUR reaching 4.5188, a drop by RON 0.043 (-0.10 percent) compared with Friday when one euro was worth RON 4.5231.

Also, the RON has appreciated against the US dollar up to RON 4.2404, by RON 0.172 less (-0.40 percent) than Friday.

According to the BNR data, the Swiss franc reached 4.2281, a drop by RON 0.096 (-0.22 percent), compared with Friday’s quotation.

The gold ounce became cheaper on Tuesday by RON 0.7065 (-0.40 percent) up to RON 175.4318.
