Romtelecom opens online mall

Telecom operator Romtelecom launched Clickshop, an online mall that sells IT&C products, equipment for the home and garden, sports and lifestyle articles of international brands. The items will be delivered directly from Germany.

Clickshop is an online platform administered by Romtelecom and developed by Deutsche Telekom respecting a similar pattern as the online store of the German operator.

The products will have guide books in electronic forma that can be downloaded from the website. Delivery for orders in excess of RON 300 is free of charge.

Clickshop will have a specialized call center that can be accessed at the number 021.9262 where clients can gather information on products, payment and delivery conditions.

“With Clickshop.ro, we want most of all to answer expectations of young active people who are used to administering their time efficiently and when they need certain things, most of the time different, they can get them from one place at good quality and accessible prices,” according to Ovidiu Ghiman, executive manager for strategy and commercial residential sector.
