Romtelecom injects EUR 1.4mln into NextGen

Romanian telecom operator Romtelecom injected yet another RON 6 million (approximately EUR 1.4 million) into the social capital of its cable company NextGen Communications, according to Ziarul Financiar, quoting The Official Registry.

 “As a result, the increased social capital of NextGen Communications will be RON 219,074,020 RON, the equivalent of EUR 51,790,346,” according to the document.

 NextGen is integrally owned by Romtelecom, which bought it in several stages, and has made several acquisitions of smaller operators via this company.
