Romanian Diversity Chamber of Commerce showcases how Equality, Diversity & Inclusion can work in Romania

The Romanian Diversity Chamber of Commerce (RDCC) will host a webinar on 13 May on the topic of how Equality, Diversity & Inclusion programs are not only important for employees but can actually drive business growth. A strategic partner of the event, Business Review reaffirms its commitment to promote diversity, equality, and inclusion in Romania’s business community, through the recently launched B.R.I.D.G.E. platform.

 

The event is supported by Dentons, HR Club, the Professional Women’s Network, the British Romanian Chamber of Commerce,  the Belgian Luxembourg Romanian Moldovan Chamber of Commerce, the Netherlands Romanian Chamber of Commerce (NRCC) and Business Review.

Featured speakers include Tudor Havriliuc (former Vice President of HR at Facebook), Ivan Janković (People and Culture Delivery Manager of IKEA South East Europe), Doina Filip (Head of Reward & HR Budget at Orange Romania), Yolanda Umpierrez (Global Inclusion and Diversity Team at Accenture) and Serge Offers (CFO and Member of the Board at ING Bank Romania, President of the NRCC, and Vice President of the RDCC). RDCC Founder & Board Member Lestat Monroe and HR club Executive Director Dana Cavaleru will open the event, which will be moderated by renowned journalist and media consultant Andreea Groenendijk-Deveau.
