Romania is the least trusting in economy among EU states

The perception of the population and companies concerning the economy has increased slightly in December compared November, but Romania continues to be on the last place in the European Union in a ranking of the trust in economy (Economic Sentiment Indicator ) made by the European Commission. Romania, which increased from 62.1 to 64 points, had a positive evolution of the trust in industry, services and constructions. Sweden had the highest ranking trust in economy among EU countries in December with 104.5 points, followed by Denmark (97.3 points). Romania (64 points), Greece (64.1 points) and Cyprus (65.2 points) are the least trusting countries.

Most of the member states registered an improvement in the degree of trust in the economy. The most significant growths in this indicator were signaled in Great Britain (8.2 points) and France (4.1 points), followed by Italy (2.9 points), Germany (1.7 points) and Spain (1.2 points). However, in Poland trust decreased with 0.6 points.
