Radu Mihaescu is the new president of the CODECS Leadership Foundation

Radu Mihaescu is the new president of the CODECS Leadership Foundation, following the decision of the general shareholders’ assembly of CODECS. Mihaescu is also the president of the board of directors of CODECS.

“The shareholders’ assembly decision is in line with our business restructuring program and the Foundation is one of its core components,” said Mihaescu.

The foundation was set in February 2001 and has since organized leadership programs like Leaders for the Third Millennium, Professoria and International Baccalaureate.
