Pwc Romania has two new partners

PwC Romania has announced that it has appointed two new partners in its Advisory department, Andrej Vizjak and Bogdan Belciu. This brings the firm’s total number of partners to 20.

Andrej Vizjak (pictured) has joined PwC as consulting leader for South Eastern Europe and will be based in Bucharest. He was previously the CEO of another major professional services firm, for Central & Easter Europe. Vizjak has also served on the boards of companies in Slovenia and Germany. He is the author of several management and strategy books and has taught at the Executive MBA of IEDC Bled and at the University Eichstatt in Germany.

Bogdan Belciu has also become partner in the Advisory Department of PwC Romania. He has more than 9 years of management consulting experience in the US, Europe and Romania. Belciu worked on a variety of topics, from strategy and M&A to operations, supply chain and procurement, in a wide range of industries including telecom, utilities, financial services, FMCG and retail.

He has an MBA from Cornell University in the US and holds bachelor degrees in Electronics and Computer Systems from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, in Economics and Business Administration from the Academy of Economic Studies, as well as a diploma in Quantitative Finance from the Pierre Mendes France II University in Grenoble, France.
