Publicis Romania agency has received three gold and two bronze trophies for the social campaign “Back Home Screens”, at the Ad Stars Awards 2016 competition. The campaign, created by Publicis Romania and implemented in collaboration with Publicis Shanghai, was awarded at the categories: Public Service, Media, PR and Outdoor.
“It has been a close collaboration with Publicis Shanghai and we are proud that the idea that was born at Publicis Romania found, through the Publicis network, such a right and full of understanding use in China, where this dramatic situation takes huge proportions,” said Jorg Riommi, chief creative officer Publicis Romania.
OPPO China, one of the biggest producers of mobile phones in the world, identified a dramatic problem at a national level: out of the 200,000 children gone missing annually, only 0.1 percent are found. Together with the NGO “Baby Back Home”, OPPO donated, with the occasion of the International Children Day, all the screens of the mobile phones from the promotional materials in print, outdoor and retail in order to show the images of the missing children.
