RA-APPS, the national agency for public heritage goods, will sell a series of properties including a pig farm in Magurele which belonged to Nicolae Ceausescu, the Bradet farm in Suceava and a 4.911 sqm plot in central Neptun, informs Mediafax.
The properties will be sold due to high maintenance costs. Three years ago Romanian authorities have tried to sell the same properties, but the auctions failed.
RA-APPS manages public heritage goods that ensure the public services of national interest and the proper functioning of the Diplomatic Missions, consular offices, representative offices of the international and inter-governmental organizations licensed in Romania, as well as goods in the private property of the state.’
