PointPark Properties opens new Romanian office

PointPark Properties (P3), the developer and administrator of logistic parks, has officially opened its Romanian office in Bucharest. The new office will allow the company to offer support to its build-to-suit projects it has in the pipeline, especially the PointPark Cluj-Turda project, to expand its services offer and focus on increasing its local clients base.

“I am convinced that opening an office in Bucharest will help us in improving the quality of the services we are offering and in promoting the P3 development strategy,” said Craig Maguire, executive director of P3 for Romania.

P3 is currently administering assets in 11 European countries and has its own offices in Prague, Paris, Frankfurt, Luxembourg, London, Bratislava, and Warsaw. Bucharest is the eight office of PointPark Properties.
