PM Grindeanu: We’ll force the authorities to accept the online payment of taxes

PM Sorin Grindeanu said that his government will „force” the state authorities to accept the online payment of taxes and those that cannot be paid online until January 1 2018 will be eliminated.

„In a normal country citizens don’t stay in endless queues to pay several taxes and state debts. It’s not possible in a normal country,” said Grindeanu, asking the Parliamnet for the fast adoption of the PSD law regarding the elimination of 102 non-fiscal taxes.

He added that this measure is not sufficient and „we need to go on”.

„To force the state authorities to implement the online payment of taxes so that until January 1 2018 all the taxes that cannot be paid online to be automatically eliminated,” Grindeanu told MPs before they voted his cabinet.
