The first Dacia Duster was delivered last week to president Traian Basescu. The vehicle is the newest model launched by the Mioveni factory. President Basescu opted for a full option model, in red, at EUR 17,220. His vehicle is equipped with a diesel engine, 110 HP, Euro 5, airbags for driver and passenger, lateral airbags, ESP and ASR, air conditioning, electric windows, 4×4 intuitive command and radio CD MP 3 with satellite command on the wheel. The first sold Duster was delivered directly off the assembly line by Jerome Olive, Dacia GM.
